Terms and Conditions

Subscription Form and Payment: Fill out the subscription form and pay for the selected package.
Meal Selection: Choose your monthly meals from the website.
First Meal Delivery: You will receive your first meal two business days after activation.
Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are from Friday to Wednesday according to the delivery captain’s route in the respective neighborhoods.
Delivery Times: Deliveries will be made within the following times, and you can choose your preferred time:
Morning: 7 AM – 2 PM
Evening: 4 PM – 11 PM
24-Hour Advance Delivery: Meals will be delivered 24 hours in advance.
Meal Storage: Keep the meals refrigerated to maintain their nutritional value.
Meal Expiration: Meals are considered unfit for consumption after 3 days.
Renewal: Renew your subscription two days before it expires and inform us accordingly.
Meal Reception: You must receive the meals yourself or through a representative at the delivery address. If you are not present, we cannot compensate for missed deliveries.
Address Change: You can change your delivery address by notifying us at least two days in advance.
Subscription Cancellation: After transferring the amount, you can cancel the subscription before the meals reach you or within the first two days of the subscription. Cancellation fees are 10% of the remaining amount plus bank transfer and electronic payment fees. The remaining amount will be refunded within 14 business days.
Non-Refundable Subscription: You cannot get a refund after two days of receiving the meals, but you can transfer the remaining subscription days to another subscriber.
Subscription Freeze: You can freeze your subscription through the website at least two days before the required date for a period less than 90 days.
Non-Claimable Subscription: If you do not freeze your subscription and do not receive your meals until your subscription ends, you cannot claim compensation for that period.
Non-Cancellable During Promotions: Subscriptions cannot be canceled during promotional periods.
Policy Amendments: These terms and conditions are subject to modification at any time according to CK diet management decisions.
Delivery

Prices: Prices include tax and delivery within Jeddah only.
Makkah: An additional 230 SAR will be added to the subscription fee for deliveries to Makkah.
Riyadh: An additional 115 SAR will be added to the subscription fee for deliveries to Riyadh.
